During his meeting with the first vice-president of the opposition party, the special representative of the secretary general of united nation, and head of sectional office of united nation of central Africa, in visit in Cameroon last week, clearly indicated that the shape of a state doesn’t depend on international organisation, but on Cameroonian will themselves. Useful to our former president Paul Biya who has been reasserting for many times that the actual unitary form of Cameroon is not negotiable

“UN doesn’t have calling to get into debate in relation to state form. UN doesn’t have to react into inner state affair…how a state function is not the responsibility of united nation. This belongs to Cameroonian. Nevertheless we wish that Cameroonians come back to dialogue in other to choose the adequate state shape for all.”
So, was answering François Lounceny Fall, in front of the press the 13 April 2017, in term of his mission of good office that he just undertake in Cameroon, in other to make a point on the crisis which is omnipresent since November 2016 in the north- west and south-west; the two Anglophone region. The special representative of the secretary general of the united nation in central Africa has recognized to have met amount those implied in this crisis the vice president of SDF – the social democratic front, honourable Joshua Oshi who has presented to him the plan of the main oppositional party in favour of the coming back of federalism in Cameroon.

Félix kongho Agbor Balla, and the broadcaster Mancho Bibix including their lawyers.
“My exchanges with the different interlocutors have lead me to mark with satisfaction the determination of all to approach this question in a pacific manner together with their commitment to favour a measure putting ahead upper outback” has declared François Lounceny Fall.
